Her main areas of expertise are Intellectual Property and Transactional Matters. Ms. Amron earned her J.D. in 1977 from Harvard.

She is the former Chair of the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession.

Ms. Amron has over 20 years of practice experience representing companies of all sizes in intellectual property matters including counseling, registration, maintenance of domestic and foreign portfolios, licenses, transfer, acquisition, infringement, oppositions, cancellations, domain name disputes, and internet based agreements.

Ms. Amron has written and edited numerous publications in the intellectual property and professionalism areas.

Mr. Richman develops, launches and manages new import and export trade banking products. He has a board director position in a specialized subsidiary company of the bank.

Formerly, Mr. Richman was the group strategic planning manager for Standard Chartered Bank, London. He developed corporate level strategic plans for the main board and worked with all group businesses in preparing strategies for new products and markets.

He also runs the Standard Chartered Global Business to Business Exchange, the premier business to business e-commerce project in the bank.

He earned his M.B.A. at Henley Management College, Brunel University, England and his B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University.
